2. Service Description
Quibbly provides a Chrome extension that allows users to send voice messages through LinkedIn. We process audio data on our servers to convert it into a format compatible with LinkedIn, after which the data is immediately deleted from our systems.
3. Service Availability and Performance
We cannot guarantee the continuous performance of the Quibbly extension as LinkedIn may change their user interface at any time. While our team will make best efforts to keep the extension updated and maintained, we do not warrant uninterrupted service availability.
4. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for how you use the Quibbly extension. We do not take any responsibility for malicious, inappropriate, or illegal use of our service. You agree to use Quibbly in compliance with all applicable laws and LinkedIn's terms of service.
5. Subscription and Billing
You may cancel your subscription at any time. For organizations, you may upgrade or downgrade the number of seats as needed. All billing is handled through Stripe, and subscription changes are processed according to their billing policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Quibbly is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
